Camp Promise

Greetings from Camp Promise!

I would like to personally invite you to join us at Camp Promise this summer. As a potential first-time camper, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have about camp or the application process. Should you decide to apply for Camp Promise (and we hope you do), I will set up a time to visit you in your home. That is to make sure we have all the information we need to make your time at Camp Promise safe, fun and profitable.

Please feel free to download a copy of the Camp Promise application, physician’s form or reservation postcard. You may send in your response form and $50 registration fee any time after February 15th. The application and physician’s form should arrive by May 1 and the balance of $215 can be sent in upon your acceptance or brought with you when you register on the first day of camp. In 2013, week 1 of Camp Promise will run from Tuesday, July 2nd to Saturday, July 6th, and week 2 will be Tuesday, July 9th to Saturday, July 13th. Both weeks are for campers aged 9 to 35 and fill up on a first-come basis.

Please take the time to fill out the application in as much detail as you can, because we desire to provide each camper with the best care possible, and we need detailed information from you to do so. You may e-mail the forms to us at camppromise@bigskybiblecamp.org, to get on the list as soon as possible, or mail them to the camp address (click here). You may also fax them to the camp office at 406-837-2382.

Due to the numbers of applicants and campers desiring to attend, we need to receive your application as early as possible. Spots will be reserved on a first-come basis, based on the date we receive your completed application and registration fee. Applications received after May 1st will only be considered for acceptance should there be extra spots available. Physician’s forms do not need to accompany the application, but should still be received no later than May 1st.

We desire to help any campers who have a legitimate financial need attend camp. If the camp fee would keep you from attending camp, and you have tried to raise the money needed from your family, friends, church and agencies, you may certainly apply for a camper scholarship. When you send in your completed application and $50 registration fee include a note asking for a scholarship application form.

Again, we look forward to seeing you at Camp Promise this summer. If you have any questions or need more information, please feel free to contact me at home at 406-471-4459.

Love (As we have been loved)
